About T. Dweylan Wilson
T. Dweylan Wilson is an active duty member in the United States Air Force. He is the creator of Through the Eyes of Eagles™ literary series.
Through unwavering perseverance and diligence, Mr. Wilson has endeavored to ensure that the principles of success are shared with those who truly want to excel. He has interviewed over 70 General Officers in the Department of Defense, concentrating on their personal concepts on leadership and mentorship. He plans to share their candid and thought-provoking expressions and experiences in various publications, with the hopes that they will provide answers and solutions to universal challenges. He is the author of the upcoming documentary series, Through the Eyes of Eagles.™ The first in a series of many collaborative works is Four Stars: Conversations on Life, Success, Leadership, Mentorship, Culture, and Diversity.
Mr. Wilson is also the Founder and President of Dweylan Global Investments LLC, a subsidiary of the Dweylan Group, a multifaceted enterprise with efforts in consulting, publishing, entertainment, travel, real estate holdings, and philanthropic contributions within the global community. Other endeavors will include a film loosely based on the connecting lives of leaders who serendipitously pass the torch from generation to generation. The future series of books and audio books, CDs, DVDs, and mentoring aids will be designed to specifically target the global diversity of young entrepreneurs, military leaders, students, and mentors.
Mr. Wilson is currently enrolled as an International Business doctoral student with NOVA Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. His concentration is in transformational leadership and its impact on culture and diversity in the global marketplace. He is also an adjunct professor at prestigious universities in Virginia and Florida, Hampton University, and Saint Leo University, respectively.
