Through the Eyes of Eagles™ literary series is a distinguished composition of books, tapes, DVDs, and accessory products that captures and depicts various stories on life, success, and mentorship through the rich lens of culture and diversity. It introduces its audience to individuals who are superb examples of leaders, mentors, and dynamic role models in their chosen discipline. First-person accounts from the contributors unveil the many “acres of diamonds” hidden beneath their wings. The book, film, and other related audio releases reveal poignant thoughts never discussed outside the personal confines of their colleagues, friends, and families. Issues ranging from racism, leadership advice, the role and relationship of minorities in the military, and much more will be shared with the American public. Upcoming efforts and contributions will feature dynamic stories from all walks of life to encourage future leaders and mentors to reach beyond their wildest imagination to succeed.

The first work to be released is Four Stars: Conversations on Life, Success, Leadership, Mentorship, Culture, and Diversity. This poignant anthology gives voice to 13 of the 17 highest-ranking military leaders who are of a culturally diverse heritage. Future works include Beyond our Eyes, an oral anthology featuring African-American female General Officers in the United States Air Force, Beyond Eternity, an oral anthology dedicated to culturally diverse astronauts, Souls in the Sand, a book that captures rich stories from those serving in the concurrent wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and Notes to the Oval Room, a book that highlights the lives of those culturally diverse members who serve in our Congress.
